When your order is assigned a tracking number you will receive a shipping confirmation email from info@onlinemegastore.co.uk that includes a link to your order information page. On that page you will find a clickable tracking number that will take you to the tracking page for your order on the carrier’s website.

Alternatively, if you chose to create an account with us, you can always visit your Online Megastore account page by logging in at www.onlinemegastore.co.uk/account/login. There you will be able to view your entire order history and all available tracking numbers.

All orders ship via Royal mail. Therefore, once you have your tracking number, you can also go directly to Royal mail to track your order.
